Social distancing and hygiene stations visible and made you feel safe. Homes are wonderfully presented. Although we initially only requested a viewing of the Henley and Sunningdale with a view to purchase in Liverpool, the easy of travel to Liverpool has certainly given us food for thought.

We were welcomed by Helen who made sure we were all suitably protected. The properties we viewed were up to the usual very high Redrow standard and Helen took time to explain pricing, location and all relevant information. Altogether a thoroughly professional and informative visit.

Kelly was very helpful and has kept us updated on the process and progress of the plot we are interested in. Kelly and her manager have gone out of their way to make the whole process less stressful and we are very excited to secure our dream home. The development is lovely, the show homes are beautiful and we can’t wait to live there!

We were greeted by Greg in the show home . He was extremely pleasant and answered everything we asked him in great detail. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he’s a valuable asset to Redrow . I was very impressed with the site and I will honestly say that the Redrow houses are the best new build houses we’ve seen on the market. A bigger and nicer house for less money. Regards Gary

Unfortunately, we will not be recommending Redrow to anyone from now on. The customer service has been very poor and we have completely had our time wasted regarding our water logged garden. We have also had issues with our shared driveway. Shortly after we moved in we were told the driveway was being relayed. We weren't told why nor did they ask for our permission to do so. After the driveway was relayed it looked it looked terrible and is having to be relayed once again. Great looking houses, but terrible aftercare. We are now making a claim via the NHBC about our garden.

Hi Sam, thanks for sharing your feedback again in relation to the planned works to your shared driveway and your rear garden. We fully acknowledge that the shared driveway needs to be resurfaced as the original drive laid is not to the required standards. We are currently finalising dates for this work to be carried out and will ensure we contact you in advance before the works start. We apologise for any delays in carrying out the works, we were restricted by the weather/ temperature initially then unfortunately went into lockdown. Moving on to your garden, we're sorry that you're disappointed in the response we have provided to your query about your rear lawn, however please be assured that this matter has been thoroughly investigated by us and our contractors and based on our findings we do not deem your garden to be defective and are therefore unfortunately unable to offer you any assistance with this matter. We will be in touch with you regarding the planned works to the shared driveway as discussed once we have the dates confirmed and in the meantime if there is anything else we can assist you with please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
