Pushy sales people. Moved in and the freezer door wouldn’t shut. A month later and still not fixed so leaking everywhere. Front door lock broken from day we moved in and still not fixed. Metal pole sticking out the ground in garden which looks like the foundations coming through. No lawn and not rotervated despite explaining in sales process that we really need outside space for kids. Especially with a national lockdown. They just ignore your emails and calls. I would NEVER recommend buying with Redrow. Awful company.

Hi Sam, this is certainly not the service levels we would expect you to be receiving from Redrow, and is totally out of line with our other customers’ views on Kingsbourne, I am aware that our customer service team have been in touch with you today and I know that your concerns are in hand. Many thanks, Sarah
