YOU MUST READ!! Avoid, Avoid! One of the worst experiences Of our life’s buying a redrow home, one year later review, we have had nothing but problems, we have had electrics with no earth that could of killed someone! We have had blocked drains, sewage backing up in to the house and burst out on the the front of the house on to the lawn, no working fridge freezer for 3 months, no working dishwasher for 3 months, no extractor fan for 3 months, all our drains are not level, waiting in for a whole year for different trade peoples that don’t turn up, all kitchen units a different shade of colour, redrow will do what they can to get a good review on the NHBC Inc a few sweeteners which we fell for as a way of compensation to get a good review that would make out that they were perfect, this is fraud and unfair on other Builders that do a honest job, customers get blackmailed to give a good review, I am now taking this further and going to the papers, save your money and don’t buy a redrow home!!!

The team at the mulberries sales office are so awesome, Tracy has been helpful each time i have been there to make choices of the additions, the colours of fittings etc…,she is well informed and has a whole lot of information to share. Amy has also been supportive via phone and emails. We have never regretted our decision to buy with Redrow

Exercise caution when reserving a home on this development. An ongoing issue with waste water and drainage on the site has meant much of the road and pavement is continuously dug out and poorly re-laid. Several residents have had issues with waste water. A complete lack of transparency from site team and Redrow management on the issue. If you do decide to reserve a home, I urge you to quantify the amount of remaining work required upon completion, both internal and external, 7 months later and we do not have a surfaced and completed driveway.

Melissa and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. Arranged for me to look inside a property that doesn't have a show home nearby. They answered all my questions straightaway and were really knowledgeable about the development and properties. The houses look great and well-built. I've been looking at several new developments from different builders recently and it's amazing how the quality of service and build differs. Top marks to Redrow and their staff 👏
