GoogleOnly looked at the Barnham site but the quality of house build is excellent. The proposed site at Yapton looks lovely. Need to return to look at the Yapton showhouses.

GoogleMy wife & I are looking to buy a new Redrow Home in Yapton West Sussex. Having had an awful new build experience in the past, understandably I have been cautious. However, having been dealing with Malcom (an absolute credit to your company!!) He's gone through every single one of my worries and put my wife & I at ease. We just hope that we are successful in purchasing one of these amazing homes!

GoogleWe’ve recently bought a house at Redrow’s Meadow Gardens site. The sales staff, Malcolm and Lucy have been nothing but professional and helpful! My partner and I have popped in a few times over the past few months, choosing extras etc and we’ve always been greeted with a positive experience. Our search for a house took us to plenty of new build sites around the south coast and although the houses were of a good standard the quality at Redrow stood out and that’s why we went for it. I’ve been a builder for 17 years so have some idea of what I’m looking at! We’re now just excited for completion!

GoogleReally can’t fault Redrow in any way, the service has been superb. We have just had a hard hat visit to our house to see the build at its electrical and heating stage. GoogleWe didn't go. They sold the house we were interested in an hour before we got there and let us travel all the way from Berkshire before we found out. It was appalling.

GoogleI visited Great Oldbury, Nupend on Monday 23/08/21; Lisa was exceptionally helpful and friendly; a credit to Redrow Homes. I went to visit two show-homes, the "Harrogate" and the "Shaftesbury". The downstairs layout of the "Harrogate" was very disappointing, especially how small the lounge was, bearing in mind I want a Family Home, for the size of the property, it requires a complete re-design. The "Shaftesbury" was far superior in design, however I like open spaces and countryside and the plots available were unsuitable. The only plot I would possibly be interested in purchasing would be the show-home, but only on the assurance that nothing else would be constructed around it. The build quality of the properties was excellent and I would be interested in purchasing the "Shaftesbury" show-home when it becomes available.
