GoogleExtremely poor work on my cousins house. Shower head doesn’t stay up. Glass shower screen not fitted properly. Bathroom door won’t close as cupboard handle is in the way. Paint flicks all over the bathroom floor. Excess paint dried and left over the tiles in the shower. Scratched walls in the bedroom. Excess paint dried and left on the fuse box. Washing machine and fridge freezer switches connected the wrong way round. Air vent not fitted properly. Garden fence bowed and not fitted properly. Back gate lock not fitted correctly, need to lift the gate to lock it. Dry paint on living room carpet. Living room door stopper fitted the wrong way round. No aerial connection points in the bedrooms only in the living room!?!?
Hi Ashley , I'm sorry to read that you are unhappy with your cousins home. If they would like to contact us on 01604 601115 we would really like to help get these matters resolved. Many thanks, Stacey

GoogleWe visited the 3 show homes on a Saturday and we were blown away by them. They were well planned with best use of the space. They were spacious and we did not feel any of the rooms were small or not fit for purpose. We had a brief discussion after the viewings and the guy gave us a brief description of the phases and amenities. We are definitely interested and will probably take this forward. I assume when we get into detailed conversations that we will get an idea of exactly what comes with the price of the house and what are deemed the extras. Also what stamp duty is required etc.
Hi Kevin, thank you for sharing your positive experience! Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with. Thanks, Andrew

GoogleMy husband and I met Lisa. It was lovely to meet her. We received all the information we were looking for at the moment in a very thorough discussion with her. The site and the show-homes were also good. We are looking forward to visit again when more houses or show-homes with our preferred specifications become available.
Hey there Astha, it's great to hear you had such a positive experience at Hedera Gardens. I'll pass your comments along to Lisa; I'm sure she'll be thrilled. Many thanks, Andrew

GoogleWe had a very helpful experience with Helene and Denise while purchasing a property from Redrow Shaftesbury - was very helpful to see the show houses as many times as we needed to! Naturally, there were plenty of questions that we needed answering and it was done so in a very professional manner! Highly recommended!
Hi Ashish, thank you so much for your lovely review, we look forward to seeing you again soon! Best wishes, Emily
