Absolutely disgusting company and customer service. Been put through lie after lie, poor workmanship and interiors mean loads of problems with the house. Don’t honor anything they say, wouldn’t treat my worst enemy like they treat their customers.

Serious Safety Fail & No Accountability. I moved into my Redrow home, trusting it met all safety standards. In July, an independent electrician discovered there was no earth cable in the meter box, meaning my home had not been properly earthed since day one, a potentially lethal fault. The original Electrical Installation Certificate was therefore false, as it claimed the property was compliant at handover. Redrow’s own electrician confirmed the defect and fixed it, but the danger we’d unknowingly lived with for over 2 years is unacceptable. Despite the severity, Redrow refused any compensation or meaningful accountability. This was not a minor snag, it was a life-threatening oversight that should never have passed inspection. I will never buy from Redrow again and would urge others to think twice. Safety should be the priority, not just profit.

We’ve just moved into our Redrow home and are really happy But what truly made this journey special was the incredible support we received from Josh Lewis, our Sales Consultant. From day one, Josh went above and beyond. He didn’t just do his job, he genuinely cared. He kept us updated at every stage of the build, sending us video updates. His communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. we sent multiple emails and always had a detailed response answering all questions. Josh made our experience smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. He is an absolute credit to Redrow, professional, personable, proactive, and passionate about what he does. Redrow, please recognise Josh. He truly made this experience unforgettable for us, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

We never bought on here, but visited a few times. Rob, Adam and Tony were all fantastic to deal with. We only considered Redrow but opted for a different site, but the houses are great and the guys working in the sales office are spot on.

Buyers Beware! We were looking to purchase a Henley at Monchelsea Park, Langley, however our search came back with “Moderate Potential for Collapsibility” and that the property was built on a “Swallow Hole”, unfortunately Redrow, who openly admitted to knowing about the issues before selling it to us, are refusing to return the money paid for upgraded appliances, which has left us hugely out of pocket. I would strongly recommend getting your own searches carried out before instructing solicitors to save you a whole world of pain! God knows what the rest of the development is like…

Houses look great until you start looking a little closer. Tip is to pull out within the cool off period after reservation and they will offer even more £ incentives. Not enough to keep us as house had visible defects that didn’t want to argue with down the line. Takes about 2-3 months to get initial deposit back though which is disappointing.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Josh Lewis at Redrow Hackwood Grange. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout our home-buying journey. Josh took the time to understand our preferences, including those that were important to us culturally. He guided us thoughtfully through the options and helped us choose a home that aligned with our needs and expectations. Throughout the process, I visited the site almost every weekend and sent numerous emails and calls with all sorts of queries. Josh was always patient, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Buying our first home is a huge milestone, and we’re truly grateful to have had Josh’s guidance and support so far. With the house still under construction, his continued help has made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Josh, for making this such a positive and memorable journey!
