Perhaps you should check before asking for automatic feedback. Made the appointment to view development on Sunday no one was there. We called number, someone said they would come back to us as to what had happened and no one did And today get invitation to feedback as if we actually went on a viewing!

My wife and I were warmly welcomed by Emma who provided the required PPE and introduced us to our “guide” Vee, who was knowledgeable, polite and helpful to whom we extend our appreciation .

Easy access to Ivel Gardens and good presentation process and Show home. Options of what is included or not in basic price was surprising -no flooring! - but overall very useful.

Fantastic customer service both by the site and sales team. Jackie and Suzie were brilliant! The quality of the build is lots better than other developers and the layout of the properties on offer are wonderful. Looking forward to reserving a property with Redrow very soon! Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful site at Ivel Gardens, Stotfold!

The development is lovely, but the Redrow sales team are absolutely amazing. Suzie went above and beyond, spending time explaining the process of buying a new build and was more than happy answer all our questions - she even arranged for us to pop over to another site and we the show home we wanted to see. Really enjoyed the experience and cannot wait to buy our new home at Ivel Gardens.
