Visited to inquire and gain information on the property there and was met with exceedingly helpful service, they were friendly and had all the information and more to help me with inquiring about purchasing a property, expectations were exceeded and I left very happy with my visit and with all information and more that I required!

Came to view and putchase in full the Avon 2 bedroom town house as i want to down size from my 3 bedroom detached house. I was shocked to hear i cannot purchase the whole percentage if the house, as it is a shared ownership. I am very disappointed as really wanted to own thr Avon house for my future. If this can be possible would someone please contact me Thank you Paula Poynton

Exercise caution when reserving a home on this development. An ongoing issue with waste water and drainage on the site has meant much of the road and pavement is continuously dug out and poorly re-laid. Several residents have had issues with waste water. A complete lack of transparency from site team and Redrow management on the issue. If you do decide to reserve a home, I urge you to quantify the amount of remaining work required upon completion, both internal and external, 7 months later and we do not have a surfaced and completed driveway.

Update: its been 3 weeks and noone from Redrow reached out despite the response to this review. Bit of a conflict of interest seeing at least two of the Redrow sales team giving 5 star ratings on this site.... Be really cautious on buying on this development. The sales team are good and the show homes are well presented. This isn't reflected in the actual house you're presented on completion and the aftersales customer support. There are build quality2 issues left right and centre that aren't managed. Drains and water supplies are in the wrong place requiring dug driveways and gardens years after completion. The brickwork is atrocious and having to be escalated to court level. Costs are being cut at the expense of homeowner safety. This is is my second Redrow home, having also recommended to my parents, it's the biggest regret my life.

Melissa and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. Arranged for me to look inside a property that doesn't have a show home nearby. They answered all my questions straightaway and were really knowledgeable about the development and properties. The houses look great and well-built. I've been looking at several new developments from different builders recently and it's amazing how the quality of service and build differs. Top marks to Redrow and their staff 👏

We were very impressed by both Melissa and Dan on the two occasions we have met them. They have always taken the time to listen to our questions, answer them fully and give us the confidence to take the next step. We have found Melissa and Dan very welcoming, personable and understanding. The houses that Redrow are presenting at this site are stunning.

Cindy & Tracey at the sales office have been nothing short of incredible! Throughout our house purchase they kept us updated every step of the way and by helping any way they could. They always went above and beyond for us and even after the move they have still checked in! I do feel they really went through the emotions with us and honestly could not have done it without them!
