Personally I didn't like the area. We had an appointment to view an apartment but when we got there we were told none will be finished until December (they wasn't even started and it was mid September). Very disappointed . The only positive was the last who apologized on their behalf for our wasted time. She wasn't the usual Rep for that site and was drafted in to cover

Houses are lovely but its been years now and still no road surfacing! You pay hundreds of thousands for the house and the developers take their money and run. The curbs are high, the holes in the surface we do have are shocking and it’s causing damage to cars, Its a mission to get on my own drive because the drop curb is 6 inches high. Its also ugly and brings the whole estate down (Doesn’t look good for the developer). We pay a maintenance fee every month, I have no idea how the council let them get away with it. Shocking! If something doesn’t get fixed soon I am going to make as much noise as I can to ensure anyone buying a Redrow Home anywhere in the country thinks twice. There is only one way these big companies take action, its when you hit them im the pocket!

New house by redrow I won't pay even a penny New house by redrow only 3 years old. This Saturday due to wind most of the roof tiles become loose and some fell on the ground. I called redrow customer service they told me 2 year warranty is expired . I called a company dealing with roof, after inspection they said I never seen such rogue work in life, most of tiles are loose because they are NOT nailed whoever did it just put tiles on top of eachother without nailing them. So 2 year warranty is just for two year. But what after that like roof tiles. If Redrow has done proper job then it won't happen this. But Redrow doesn't take responsibility. So please don't buy new house because the quality of work is not checked. And the house are made to just pass 2 years warranty. I never imagined how the government allowed these rogue workers. I know trust pilot is not reliable because the business tells trust pilot that they don't recognise me so my review was deleted. Shame even trust pilot work for richs

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Over 100 snags. Missing insulation. Vents not connected. Garden floods when rains. Andre the customer service manager has been obnoxious and condescending towards issues to the point where they (Including Becky) completely ignore emails now - even though they say to contact via redrow portal. Apparently they dont guarantee grass in your lawn or a garden that doesnt waterlog. A group of residents are taking legal action regarding the state of gardens. Avoid unless you are Skrek and enjoy living in a swamp!

Why are all the gardens sooooo bad on on this estate?? The show home grass and gardens look fine but the residents gardens are bad. They flood, patchy, uneven, bumpy and compacted. Redrow need to get rid of Andre. He's lied about what hes said and agrees to numerous residents. Redrow havent resolved any of our issues with garden and have basically offered to gravel the area that floods. I want grass!! They've said go to NHBC if im not happy. So much for resolving issues. Ive seen a few comments on here "sorry to hear you've had this experience... bla bla... please contact us via rhe portal" - all the residents ive spoken with have contacted redrow and every single one has been brushed off. I wish I never purchased on this site! Davidsons across the way seems much better!

Buying a home is a big decision and I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I have had at Grace Fields with Redrow. From the very first visit, the level of customer service has been exceptional. Carol has been outstanding throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go through every option with me in detail, never rushing and always making sure I felt comfortable and informed about my choices. Her patience and understanding really stood out, and it made what could have been a daunting process feel straightforward and positive. Lesley has also been wonderful, always available to offer assistance and support whenever needed. It has been very reassuring to know that there is such a strong team working together to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. What impressed me most is that at every stage of the process I felt supported. The communication has been clear and consistent, and I’ve always had the sense that nothing is too much trouble. Questions have been answered promptly, guidance has been practical, and there has been a genuine sense of care and professionalism throughout. It is clear that the team here really understand what great customer service looks like. They combine expertise with a personal touch, and that has made all the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend Grace Fields to anyone considering buying a Redrow home.

Our experience of buying our Redrow Home at Hackwood Grange has been excellent. Josh did a great job - always friendly, polite and.professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Kayleigh was exceptional. We had a very problematic and frustrating transaction with our buyer and Kayleigh was an absolute star in chasing things up, and was very diligent and determined to ensure that our sale went through in order for us to be able to buy our new house. We can't thank her enough. We love our new home. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it happen.
