I visited redrow in Congleton last week and I was so impressed by the young lady who we spoke to Gabriella. We have never bought new before but she really helped to explain how it works. We were really impressed by her knowledge and although we are not yet certain on where we are relocating we will definitely be considering redrow.

We had an excellent visit to the Redrow sales office in Congleton at the weekend. Nicola was very knowledgeable about the development and was able to answer all our many questions. The touch screen demonstration was great and gave us a good sense of how the development would look. Nicola also followed up with us as promised after the visit with the information we requested.

Me and my wife visited Redrow homes in Congelton yesterday, we were met by Gabriella who was very cheerful and helpful. She made us feel really comfortable and at ease, she managed the sales process very well. Asking us the right questions in a non invasive way, she answered all our questions and her awareness and knowledge of the properties was very detailed, she even took the time to take us on a tour to help us understand the locations of the properties which gave us the confidence we were dealing with a reputable company. Writing with great disappointment about Redrow (Houlton-Rugby)staff handled us on swapping over other for a new plot reservations with no email notification or call. They were parallely in discussion and giving hope with us and make arrangements for reservation., all of a sudden they removed the plot from site and emailed us next day the plot has been sold to someone else.This was total distress to us on the day of reservations. Please don't give any false hope to customers if you have no business ethics. Transparency and proper communication is very important in any business which is greatly missing here.

I have now been in my new home for 5 months and very happy with the property. The broadway is a well thought out home, making efficient use of space. There have been minor snags but these have been dealt with efficiently by Purna and the overall build quality including interior finish were as expected with what Redrow market themselves on. Chris and Lauren made the purchasing process smooth and have provided a high class service since moving in. The roads have almost been finished now, making the development more attractive.

Redrow company not trust worthy. Take my advice and ask for private companies to do inside your house properly. One example , we paid 650£ for a small garden for turf which was done end of last year, the ground was not levelled and more potholes appears in garden by now also the turf start dying after 3month while raining everyday so it wasn't due to lack of water but due to the fact it wasn't a good quality turf, we cut the turf in April because some part grown high and some part was bald, the baldness is more visible since we cut it. When we reported it says it's not covered by warranty. I clearly told them when they were doing the job make sure the ground is levelled but obviously no body listen thats why we have more and more potholes. I won't trust redrow or it's subcontractors they doing terrible job for you and they don't care. Take my advice, do everything yourself privately and no hassle. Also Redrow asking for feedback immediately as you move in , obviously due to excitement of moving to new house most people give 4-5* but if redrow ask me now I won't give even 2*. Very disappointed with redrow.

I had an appointment this weekend and received a nice video from the sales advisor to help me out a face to the name however when I arrived for my appointment that advisor wasn’t there. Another man asked me for my name and pointed me to the show home but wasn’t very friendly and I felt like I was taking up his time even though I had an appointment. The was nothing for me to look at regarding the house I was interested in and had told them prior to the appointment and I was told to go and view another development instead. Really unhelpful and we were very polite and friendly and looking for answers, guidance and support as first time buyers. Really put me off rising Redrow.
