We have recently been letdown by a nearby developer and have found Redrow to be thankfully accommodating and very good to deal with.

GoogleWe had good service at Blackmore Down Shaftesbury when we initially enquired. Sales staff were friendly, helpful and informative. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and they were on hand to answer our queries. Since exchange however we have been promised completion dates from July 2022, Aug, September, October to now December/January 2023 and the management of our expectations has been incredibly poor.

GoogleWe visited the site on 11th June and were warmly received by Alex. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and Alex kindly offered us some cold drinks which went down well. He was polite and very helpful and took his time to explain things in detail.
He took us round to show us the properties that we were interested in and answered all the questions we threw at him, very knowledgeable. Alex made our experience at Redrow Hugglescote a very enjoyable and pleasant one.
Highly recommended.

GoogleWe met with Alex at the show home, he gave us a comprehensive overview of the site & the available properties. We were mainly looking at the Stafford & Leamington style homes & Alex discussed with us the main attributes of both homes. Overall we were impressed with the quality & the layout of both premises. However the garden size was smaller than we would like, which was probably the only negative.

GoogleWe moved into our new home on 21/10/22 and while the house itself was great with little flaws the service has been terrible.
We was told Broadband would be accessible from the moment we walked into the door but a month down the line and nothing... Every time I speak to Redrow they pass the blame to BT and vice versa. No communication with its tenants at all.
