GoogleSo far the experience has been great. Gabby has been very supportive and has kept us up to date. We have not had as much contact with Nicola but every time we interacted she was also extremely nice. We are very pleased and hope that will continue to be the case once we have moved in. Will update this review as time progresses... So, we have now moved in to the property and we are very pleased with the help we received from the sales team. There were some delays but Nicola and Ellie (as well as the builders) were instrumental in ensuring we moved in as soon as possible, and the sales team have been super helpful and are always available to help. We had a professional snagger in some days ago and although there were snags he mentioned he thought the builders had done a good job. I have been in contact with Kirsty from after sales and she has also been super helpful. I will update this review in a few months but, as before, if asked, I would recommend this site and the teams to anyone who asks.
