Once you’ve paid for the property and you’ve given them a positive review, things will slow down. Disappointed with the state the road has been left in. Redrow deems it to be ‘safe for careful use’ though. It has wrecked my car.

It's a zero star. The staff called me from a cellphone 1hour before my appointment to just cancel it. I told him that I drove from London just to for that and I was there already. Extremely disappointed, staff are rude and unprofessional enough to not to do their job properly. And actually I have to thank the untrustworthy staff because while I was looking for the customer services and I couldn't find a way to make a complaint, I have found a group on Facebook that's the name is "Don't buy Redrow", and I certainly won't because from the beginning it's all wrong. And to finish, the staff called me next day to apologise but she has given me the impression that I was the one to be blamed for my disappointment. There were no other staff to attend me. I'm not obligated to accept or agree with that. It was her fault and not for one second my fault to drive all the way from London to the location ( almost 2 hours) and there weren't staff available to attend the appointment that was made days before.

We bought a home here and are very happy with it. The process of buying was fairly straight forward with many courtesy calls soon after moving in. However, longer term the customer service under the warranty period has lots to be desired. All issues are logged on an online portal, customer service assign the job to an external contractor who is then left to contact the customer. Which aside from a few never seem to contact in the time allocated and this leaves the customer constantly chasing redrow customer services. I’ve had one job logged since October, it was carried out in June and it’s still not complete! I’ve bought with David Wilson Homes in the past and their customer service is miles ahead of redrow. Redrow seem to hold no accountability for ensuring the job is booked in. Disappointed!
