I had help from Lauren recently in terms of reserving our Redrow home. I asked so many questions and Lauren went back and forth with me trying to find ways to best help. I really thought she was so helpful, calm and polite. I was really impressed with the service even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Well done on the amazing service.
