No good for first time buyers due to the cost. However they do have council shared ownership from about 250,000

Given we turned up for our appointment and nobody was there! The appointment was confirmed and we even had a reminder email. Our visit to your Customer Experience Suite was a total waste of time. Not a good customer experience.

We were Kingsbourn's (Henhull) first inhabitants 5 years ago. Just love our house 🏠. Will be pleased when all houses are completed and the JCB's have moved on. …

Travelled from West Sussex for an appointment but know one showed up. Office was closed and on a Saturday. Tried to call several times before at at the appointment time but no answer. Waste of a day and a round trip of 4 hours!

It’s a housing estate, certainly nothing to get excited about! I only know a couple of the residents, neither of them has a good word to say about Redrow. What affects me is the fact that they illegally blocked off a footpath quoting health and safety, it’s now 3 years later and it’s still not open. Health and safety my backside!

We liked the look of the house. Our favourite was the Oxford lifestyle it had a perfect layout for a couple downsizing. The conservatory was essential to the design. We loved the main bedroom size and wardrobe/unsuite.
