GoogleI hope you treat potential customers with more respect than we're receiving from yourselves. We're in the middle of a house purchase involving your sales team, and your ethics and company practices are a joke. In the middle of a sale you've asked us to sign exchange with a house that hasn't been signed off with building regulations, constant changing of completion dates, and where there's problems after being pushed for a sale, you go completely silent and ignore phone calls and emails.
Hi Lee, unfortunately we cannot find your details as one of our customers therefore we would like to discuss the nature of your complaint. Please could you contact Redrow East Midlands Head office T: 01332 818300, between 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Thurs, or 8.30am- 4.30pm on Fridays and ask for the sales department. Many thanks, Phillippa
