Me and my partner went for our first appointment at Redrow yesterday morning. Sally Anne was brilliant, went through all different options with us and listened to what we were looking for.

I went to look at the show houses and the option samples. The sales representative was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. It was not rushed and it was a good experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Kristy was so much helpful lady, took patience and effort to explain all our concerns. Love to get the property. Best wishes.

Initially everything started off well. Customer care have been unable to help with some underlying issues concerning the property and after endless emails it has been exhausting. A lovely development, but I have had a few falls already off my driveway which they won’t resolve.

What a professional company. Arranged a visit to the Silver Wnd Marketing suite. Received good communications and short welcome video before visit. On the day was greeted by Dawn, she was friendly and very helpful and knowledgable. The houses are well made and the site was kept very well despite buildings going on. Thank you Dawn for all your help and information on the day! will be arranging a follow up visit.

I bought one of these houses and have been bitterly disappointed. There is NO customer service whatsoever. -Dangerous electrics (with fake electrical cert) -Leaks all over -Almost every optional extra is damaged / faulty -Over 240 snags (some minor, many significant / dangerous) -Six months in and still waiting for snags to be resolved. If you do buy, then add in an extra £15,000 to get the snags sorted out yourself, if you are in a chain then expect to go into rented for a significant period (completion date will change repeatedly with minimal notice), expect a fight with the customer service rep, and be prepared / able to project manage redrow contractors.
