GoogleIt was a great privilege to purchase a house from Redrow in Tudor Meadows , Sawston . From the day we viewed the show house, the sales consultant, Kyle Morris, was very informative and offered excellent advice. Kyle was exceptionally helpful and kind until we received our keys, and he continued to assist us afterward. Following the handover, we are thankful to the Redrow team. The customer care manager, Linda, along with the site Manger Karl , Gavin and Jodie, Paul were extremely supportive and helpful. Despite the need for some improvements to the house, they managed to resolve these issues promptly and efficiently. We would like to give special recognition to Jodie for her outstanding service in managing the improvement works. Her dedication to customer service and care was truly remarkable, and we greatly appreciate her efforts. Once again, we extend our sincere gratitude to Redrow thanks Mathew .

Google£160 for a toilet roll holder, £5k for a lounge carpet??? Come on redrow, stop ripping people off.. So disappointed with their historically over inflated pricing, and the houses are not a good price either..... Plus, the maintenance fee for the communal public spaces is a joke...
Hi there, we are disappointed to see your low star rating. If you would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01928 378262. Many thanks, Shannon

GoogleGreat properties. Well finished. But as usual no bungalows for the older generation who want to downsize. Someone could make a fortune with the amount of people who want new bungalows built to the modern day standard. Come on Redrow will you stand up and build a few.
Hi Alan, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve. Best wishes, Naysha
