GoogleWe made arrangements to see Donna. Donna was not there and the lady we saw didn’t appear to be expecting us and could not find us on your system. We asked where the prospective houses will be on a map on the wall and she didn’t actually know where we were in relation to the site. As she didn’t have any information on why we were there it was a process of elimination, we eventually worked out it must be plot 276 which is available. We went to the end of the site on our own but couldn’t get near. We could see more from McDonald's car park which seemed to be very close to the Developement. I don’t think we will be following up our enquiry

GoogleWe worked mostly with Lisa and Linda who were both brilliant throughout our purchase. Can't recommend enough, snagging issues were completely promptly and there was great communication throughout.

GoogleThere is only 1 road in and out, so with cars parking on the side of the road and road works it's a nightmare and takes so long to get from one end to other , not very well planned.

GoogleNo one works here and the other redrows too. Not open 7 days a week, are they serious about selling homes ? I called Bloxham Vale and they have people in the call centre but no one working in the sales centre... what's the point ? Won't be buying my next home from redrow... Imagine the service when you have put a deposit down... scary thought, you might never get to move in haha.

GoogleJinni was absolutely delightful to meet at this development! She welcomed us warmly, offered us refreshments and made sure we were comfortable. Not only that but having a newborn baby she was completely understanding and patient with us needing to feed them or change them! Her demeanour was nothing short of excellent and we really enjoyed our visit! thank you Jinni.

GoogleThe service was very professional it was lovely to speak to Sharon who was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the houses did not live up to our expectations. The positioning of some of the properties as well as the lack of garden room space did seem rather small and my husband was not pleased with some of the finishing touches within the properties itself so unfortunately Cottenham is not what we are looking for.
