If you want to feel like your banging your head against the wall every time you want to speak to a estate agents then Your Move is the company for you. check in to our rented property in 2021 was a absolute nightmare didn't agree with Your Moves checkin report, so refused to sign and created our own detailed one with photos and descriptions. House clearly was not professionally cleaned when we moved in but was told it was, and was ignored when we were reporting that It had not been cleaned. Any problem we had over the 2 years we was there was like pulling teeth to get resolved. Now we have moved out 28days ago 2023 and are still battling to get our £2500 deposit back as they are trying to bill us for issues we reported on our original checkin report. Your move are saying that they will only work off their check in report, when we refused to even sign this and provided our own detailed version with photos. Honestly the whole thing has been horrendous and still ongoing.

my partner was evicted for no reason then they re rented straight away to someone else the day after we moved out. we left the place spotless and they are trying to charge us for cleaning! if it was that dirty they wouldn’t of been letting people view it the day after! they’ve also kept his deposit from his last property for no reason. if you want to rent, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Never in my life will I be private renting again. Your move hitchin are lovely and helpful only until they get you move in.. god forbid you have any problems or need help after this as they refuse to help and tell you you need to contact the landlords instead. The landlords are absolutely awful and money grabbers. Will try anything to keep your deposit once moved out. Been waiting nearly 2 months just to speak to anyone about getting my depsoit back, keep being told that nobody is available to talk to. Apparently there’s no deadlines for the landlord to respond by so you could be waiting months, and if they are trying to deduct money from the deposit for any issues then good luck, I was told they can just keep adding and adding to the amount they wish to deduct. There’s no point in disputing it as they make it so so difficult to do that and tell you ‘you might aswell accept it or you’ll be waiting months’. Absolutely awful customer service I highly advise you to not use these estate agents.

I inherited a property in Scotland, some 500 miles away from my home in the south-east of the UK. We needed to sell it, and your-move's Elgin branch, in particular Siubhan and Daniel, made the process so easy. Especially so as I had no clue about the Scottish property market, or the sales process which is much different to England. I would happily recommend them, and would use them again.

Charlotte Cowan, and Georgia Collins at the Egham office provide a high standard, quality service and are truly exceptional. Its a pleasure picking the phone to them as I know the person on the other side is going to greet me with professionalism and politeness. They both go the extra mile to help with whatever query I have. I wish more companies had staff who are so dedicated to the work they do. I tend to go back to the Egham office to do business only because of the service provided by Charlotte & Georgia. They are an asset to the company and I hope this is recognised and appreciated.
