I would really like to give a massive shout out to Lara and Hayley from Your Move Walderslade for helping me move into my beautiful little flat so quickly and efficiently. I couldn't believe I have viewed on the thursday and signed the tenancy on the friday ready to be moved in on the following saturday it was absolutely amazing work and the ladies made me feel so much at ease. Honestly these ladies deserve a Bonus for their hard work and dedication with helping me. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I am in the process of buying a house through your move in Walderslade and I have to say they have been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not return phone calls, they are very unhelpful and have no idea what’s happening most of the time. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things but when you have to deal with morons like this it makes it 100 times worse. The manager Anita Gill is the worst manager I have had to deal with she is extremely unhelpful and does not seem interested if the house goes through or not.

I honestly cannot thank Your Move's Walderslade team enough for their help when selling my home. I unfortunately had a very difficult experience as a seller but it was nothing to do with them - throughout my horrendous time Asha and Lara were only one phonecall away, were incredibly supportive and marketed my property beautifully. Both Hayley's were also great with arranging viewings, and conducting them on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch of Your Move to my friends and family who still live in the area, they were completely faultless. Thank you all.

I supported my elderly mother to sell her property with your move,so she could move into a warden control flat. Anita was fantastic,nothing was to much trouble for her. She took her time and explained everything to my mother,with regards to the selling process. it took many months for us to exchange and to complete,as there were problems along the way. Anita always kept us informed what was going on. She chased things up on our behalf,she often helped to resolve problems within the chain. She always kept us informed about what was happening. Dylan was also involved in the selling process. He was also fantastic and always happy to answer and queries and chase anything up on our behalf I can't thank Anita and Dylan enough. As it is really lovely to see my mum happy in her new home. .

Deciding which estate agent to use in Walderslade can be tricky as in the village there are 5 to choose from. I am a big fan of atmosphere and welcome so decided to pop in each just to see which made me feel comfortable. All I can say, is Your Move were the ones. I received a warm welcome, a polite "how can I help" and smile from the other staff in the office. A young lad served me, Dylan, who was extremely knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I have since chosen Your Move to sell my house, Anita, the Branch Manager was great, again making me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I would totally recommend Your Move and thank both Dylan and Anita for making my house move a pain free experience. Thank you I will be telling my friends to come and see you.

Your Move in Walderslade were honestly a joy to work with. Compared to all other agents Asha and her friendly team were by far the best! They’d answer questions on the same day, calling back when they said they would and generally working hard to get my sale through to completion. This is the second time I have dealt with Your Move Walderslade and I must say that both times they have been absolutely AMAZING. The lettings staff were very supportive and fully understood the urgency at which I needed to find a tenant for my property and they did not let me down and found me the perfect tenant in a very short space of time. The whole branch are really easy to deal with and very approachable. Everyone I dealt with were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, even working over the Christmas period to ensure the new tenant could move in on the 1st January as required so the property was never empty. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

We recently sold our house through the Walderslade office. The staff are very friendly. We achieved a higher price from our property than we had originally hoped and a buyer was found the day after it was marketed so from that perspective we're very pleased. That said, I'm not confident that we wouldn't have sold just as fast through any other agent as buyers I would imagine use Rightmove or Zoopla which brings all properties up in the area with all agents. What I was less happy with was that during the 5 month process, I seemed to have hardly any proactive contact from them with how the process was going and things only seemed to move if I rang them. Often phone calls weren't returned and a high turnover of staff didn't help. (Eventually my buyer and I dealt directly with each other).I would have expected more for a £4,000 fee plus an extra £200 for the pictures and EPC. I don't know whether this is usual for estate agents but I would try somebody else if I was selling in the area (although not Wards).

I have to say this has been one of the worst experiences I have had having to use your move in Walderslade. I am buying a house through them and they have been very unhelpful in this stressful time. The manager Anita Gill seems to be out of her depth in being helpful at the most basic of levels. They have had staff leave and the ones that are left are useless and the ones that left where no better either. If you are looking for an estate agent keep well clear of your move for your own sanity if nothing else. Selling a house is hard enough without these morons trying to sell it for you. I only gave one star because I had too I wish there was an option to give none as that is what they deserve.
