GoogleWe viewed a rental property through Your Move, and have now started renting it too. It was great working with Adam and Amy to find the perfect home. They have been very quick at responding, and very informative. We were always informed about what was going on, and what the next steps would be. It was refreshing to deal with estate agents who seem to really genuinely care. We are looking forward to the future of renting with them.

GoogleI honestly cannot express how utterly amazing Lauren has been throughout our house selling journey. After being with a couple of other estate agents beforehand and getting nowhere, feeling like we were going round in circles, we reached out to Lauren and everything changed. The communication was outstanding and she was so informative throughout, as well as being completely transparent and honest which we appreciate and value so much. As soon as we moved over to her, there was constant viewings on the house within such a short space of time, we were so amazed and impressed. She then secured a sale at a price that was beyond our expectations, literally within the first month. Since then, she has been staying in touch with updates of the progress and has kept the phenomenal communication right up until the end. We honestly cannot thank Lauren enough and couldn’t be happier that we decided to put our trust in her capable hands. She has gone above and beyond for us and we would recommend her to anyone. Our only regret is that we didnt contact her sooner! Thankyou so much, from all of us, absolute star and a massive credit to the company :)

GoogleFirstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful. I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. As I novice I was assisted every step of the way and had the fantastic Stuart Bentley who even gave me great recommendations with a mortgage advisor and solicitor to use. Stuart kept me updated every step of the way and always happy to answer any questions I had (there was a lot). Highly recommended to anyone. 🙌

GoogleI honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move New Cross enough for helping, or, more accurately, making, the sale of my property happen! Phil and his team worked tirelessly throughout the whole process, going above and beyond with constant, open and honest communication, regular updates, chasing solicitors (probably more than they ever wanted to!), and generally keeping things moving when I’m sure it would have been very easy for them to just leave it to the solicitors. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with the team. I never felt like I was being passed from one person to another, there was always someone who knew what was going on and was happy to help. When choosing an estate agent, I wanted a personal touch rather than feeling like another cog in the wheel, and Phil absolutely delivered on that. He has been fantastic throughout and, without his persistence and hard work, I honestly don’t think the sale would have happened when it did. I’d highly recommend Phil and the team at Your Move New Cross, and im recommending them to everyone!
