The search for a new apartment started with a giant step upon meeting with Lucy at your move rochester. She made sacrifice for a next viewing. It was a race against time. Matt was endlessly chasing the landlord and every documents needed for the move. Thank you guys. On the flip side , I was not impressed with the third party reference vetting team. All documents were given to my contract agreement, 6 months payslip but insisted on speaking to someone at work after statng I do night shift. I feel going forward and acknowledging the essence of these referencing, a lot can be done better

I was looking to have my rental property fully managed and Your Move Rochester were recommended to me. I wasn't committed to having an estate agent manage things as i had done this myself for a number of years so the cost had to be right and i needed to have confidence in the agents. Having initially spoken with Lucy and then meeting her at the property the decision was an easy one. The process was suprisingly smooth mainly due to the excellent communication. Lucy was in regular contact to answer any queries and to ensure i was happy with the steps being taken. Having taken photographs and then marketing online a number of viewings were quickly arranged. I received relevant information regarding prospective tenants which gave me the confidence to know that those who went forward for credit checks and references would be suitable tenants. Only 4 weeks after initial contact we had fantastic tenants moved in with no issues. Thank you again Lucy and to Lea as well who i believe conducted some viewings. Your hard work , knowledge and professionalism was impressive and much appreciated.

I sold my house through Your Move in Rochester last Friday. Initially Jordan came out to start the ball rolling, a very efficient and polite agent. However, it was Tina who kept me informed every step of the way. Such a pleasant lady, who kept me cheerful along the journey of selling my house. She went out of her way to keep chasing the buyer's side, as their solicitor's were extremely slow in moving things along. She took the final meter readings for me, as I was on holiday at the time of completion. A big thank you Tina for all your help.

Working with Lea and Lucy has been an absolute dream! These two ladies are always on top of their game! Within seconds of ringing them, they answer the phone and help out with anything my husband and I needed help for! Any question we had, Lea and Lucy were sure to answer them. Being that I’m from the US, and this was my first time renting in the UK, I was not sure of how to go about the process but the girls were always there to help, and with amazing energy!
