Your move, have been absolutely brilliant in helping me rent my flat out. All the staff have been so helpful. Mik and the team have been wonderful in managing the sale of my house. From the first point of valuation, Mik was knowledgeable and had some great ideas about marketing my property that showed he clearly knew the market, the area and had spent time researching the property. We went with Mik's advice for an open day, which was perfect for us around pets and children and was much less stressful for us. This was very successful and Mik was proved right with multiple viewings and offers. George managed the viewings and was very professional and I would highly recommend the whole team. Mik and his team (including Fran who is super helpful!) are fantastic, highly recommend! After we showed interest in a property that was under offer, I was then contacted a couple of weeks later by email and by phone, immediately after a new property was added that they thought I would be interested in. This turned out to be our dream house, which shows they really understood what we were looking for and ensured we didn’t miss out on a great opportunity. Met with Mik, at my mother's property I was selling, and immediately felt comfortable and reassured of his understanding of the market. Mik viewed the property and gave me his valuation which was in line with 2 other agents I had seen. Mik also confirmed their fees, which were in line with the market. Mik was able to discuss his marketing strategy, and covered everything I needed to know, about the process. At no point was there any pressure to sign with Your Move. Having met with 2 other competitors, it wasn't difficult to decide for Your Move to market my mother's property. I instructed Mik on Monday 11th March, and I am pleased to say, the property sale has been agreed today. Amazing news, and testament to the focus Mik and his team gave to getting it marketed. I purchased a house in Swanley from Mr George Nyman. It was the first time that my husband and I had ever sold a property and bought another at the same time. George was there to give us help and advice along the whole process, going above and beyond what he NEEDED to do. He anticipated my needs and was always one step ahead of the problems and queries I threw at him. He was professional, kind and genuinely caring. If it wasn't for George I may have thrown in the towel long ago. His after-sale care is exceptional too. George is the 'gold standard' that other estate agents should aspire to be.
