GoogleI would highly recommend Mik from YourMove in Swanley. He has recently managed the sale of my deceased mother's house very efficiently despite the additional complications of having to deal with me being based in Australia. All communication was done quickly and effectively and Mik was happy to chat at odd times as needed due to the time difference. Very please with the service from Mik and the team at Your Move.

GoogleKirsty from Your Move in Swanley was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She, including her team, really cared about me and understood my needs from the very first viewing to the day I moved in. Kirsty is like having a friend on the ‘inside’ that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. She took extra steps to be more helpful than she had to be even though it was not part of her job on occasion. I can’t speak highly enough of Kirsty and her team, George & Alex. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. The team are detail oriented, honest and great with people. Always on hand to answer some of the curved balls I threw at them Kirsty is an ‘on hands’ type of girl. You have questions, just ask her. She will answer or get you answers. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her and her team.

GoogleKirsty Lock at the Swanley branch is a fantastic real estate agent . Selling our house was daunting. We didn't know what we were doing, we live overseas and of course Covid 19 made it especially challenging. From the beginning Kirsty was realistic and knowledgable in her appraisal which generated multiple offers. Accepting an offer though, was only the beginning of the process. Kirsty worked continuously behind the scenes, nudging things along, making sure that documents were submtted on time, communicating with all parties including the solicitors, the buyers as well as ouselves. Kirsty is a true professional. I can't emphasize the importance of having a great real estate agent such as Kirsty on your team.

GoogleKirsty and Ryan are extremely professional and friendly and we’re great when dealing with renting our 1st property a few months ago. Kirsty has just dealt with the purchase of our 2nd property which in fact wasn’t her job to do as we had purchased through a different estate agent. However Kirsty was the only person to give me and my husband an update on the progress of the sale as well as chase up information needed that should have been done by a different estate agent and solicitor. Kirsty went above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful. I would recommend anyone to use Your Move Swanley and we will 100% use them again if we ever wanted to rent, sell or buy again in the future.

GoogleGot booked into the wrong property because the agent didn't listen. Property was then let out and I missed out. Not impressed. No confirmation was sent. The property I asked was on for a different price. Blaggers
Hi James, I am sorry for the misunderstanding we were not marketing the property you wanted to view it was a different branch. Therefore you got booked into the property we had available which was the same price as you had asked to view a house at this price range. The contact number on the portals would have been for the correct branch and then the viewing would have been made however as you called the Swanley office we booked you a viewing for the property we had available at this price and confirmed the address with you via an email confirmation which we never received a reply to say this was not the property you wanted to view. Had we known we could have directed you the correct agent.

GoogleAfter a disasterous experience with Purple Bricks, we contacted Kirsty at Your Move Swanley. Our experience with Your Move could not have been any more different than with PB. The whole branch team were courteous, professional, helpful and highly proactive. Any problems or issues were tackled and dealt with very quickly, What we particularly appreciated was the regular contact between us and the estate agent. They were calling regularly to inform us of new developments or issues that had arisen and were always open and honest. We initially used Purple Bricks as our estate agent as they quoted a much higher potential selling price and cheaper fees. I did not realise at the time that Purple Bricks are paid whether they sell your property or not, so we soon realised that giving an over-inflated sale price is all part of their sales strategy. We are now taking them to the Estate Agents Ombudsman because of this and a number of other issues. We will never use Purple Bricks again. I wish we had chosen Your Move at the very beginning of this process as the whole experience, once they were with us, was easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend any buyers or sellers to use this branch, and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks to Kirsty and the team at Your Move Swanley.

GoogleStephen Dickinson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in arranging our mortgages for us. We had contacts with other advisors and only had an initial chat with Stephen because he was colocated with our estate agents. But in the course of discussions, it became clear to us that Stephen was ready to leave no stone unturned working out what was best for us. The arrangements he made could not be improved by anyone else we spoke to. He really did go above and beyond - answering our questions with great patience and making the process as painless as possible. We rarely leave reviews but thought Stephen really deserved this one.

Kirsty and Lisa worked tirelessly to get the sale through and had to make several difficult calls during the process ... the honest communication made receiving hard to hear news more bareable as I could trust that what I was being told was a) true and b) the best outcome available at the time. I am delighted that the sale has finally completed and cannot reccomend Kirsty and her team highly enough. If you want an agent you can trust and communicate with ... this is the team for you !
