GoogleGreat service from Your move, in particular Alex was very helpful with the move in. Would highly recommend there rental services

GoogleAs a new landlord, Your Move were really helpful in: - giving advice to someone who is inexperienced, - marketing the property, while refurbishments were on going, which meant that a tennant was moving in 2 days after the house was finished. This resulted in that we were receiving rent immediately! Other agents didn't want to market the property until it was finished, which over Xmas and the New Year would have meant a 2 month delay costing £2,750 in lost rent. - put me in touch with Rafal of Sparkling Property Services Ltd who handled the refurbishment from start to finish. He was brilliant and advice/recommendations were spot on! I would have no hesitation in recommending the Swanley office to anyone looking to rent for the first time.
