Long distance selling is always awkward at the best of times, especially during the Covid19 age, but using Your Move was the perfect choice. After meeting Phil and the team in the office my mind was put at rest with the professionalism, friendly attitude shown towards my wife and I. Jay had found us a buyer for our property in under 2 weeks of being on the market. We found his professional, friendly, enthusiastic manner and personality refreshing for an estate agent. He kept us up to date of the progress of the sale on a regular basis via email and phone, also ensuring all parties were on the same time line for completion of the sale. Never use this estate agent in any area! They are a bunch of cowboys, held my deposit for over two months and never provided dispute docs to deposit company. Property was as I found it when I left I must clarify. My landlord wanted money for repairs which he got in the end because of the dragging of heels. Deposit company (mydeposits) they use are in league with this agent, they are not on your side as a tenant and are biased in how they provide you with info. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I must warn people who value their money, time and sanity.

My wife and I have used Your Move Phil and his team twice and I cannot recommend them enough! Phil has prevoisly sold our old proeprty and therefore when we went to sell this time we knew in a heartbeat we'd be returning to Phil and his team. Jay was our main contact and again he was outstanding, honest, professional and highly communicative. Jay recommended we dropped our guide price (which we were reluctant to do) however upon his recommendations we did so, the traffic of viewings doubled and our property was sold within 10 days. As we started our own search for a new property Jay and Phil were exceptional in their advice and guidance. Throughout the whole process both Jay and Phil have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions! If you want am estate agents who honestly care and will show this throughout the moving process these are your guys! There are not enough positive words to express our graditude, satisfaction and thanks to both!

Your Move Lettings Sutton Surrey TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE. I have rented properties for almost 8 years and never have i had such a poor experience. Upon viewing i was assured an end of tenancy clean and decorating would be carried out as the property was in an inhabitable condition. I trusted this would be done as they had 2 weeks to complete. Called week before moving in and was assured it would all be done, was even lied to and informed decorating had begun. When i went to move in, the place was terrible. Cooker was in the worst condition i have ever seen, i wouldn't even place a box on it! A manhole cover was exposed causing health and safety risks and mould in the bathroom. When i complained i was simply told i could leave and receive my deposit back. No offer to resolve the situation, no talk of the rent or removal costs even being refunded/compensated even though i asked. All the branch cared about was letting the property to someone else once i left. I never occupied the property it was that bad, it would be cruel to even let animals live there. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation i am still battling this 6 months later. Avoid the company at all costs. They breach all basic tenancy agreement standards and don't care

The properties they recommended were way out of the budget and this was after they took all the details and were notified of the requirements.
