I approached Your Move Rainham to sell a second house. Initially believing that I could not go down a traditional route because the front and rear garden was extremely overgrown I decided to get some advice from Your Move. I was seriously thinking of going via a cash buying company. Well I am so glad I discovered Donna Abigail and Isabelle at Your Move Rainham as I had a good feeling from the moment I met them. They were shocked when I told them how much I thought the house was worth and they reassured me that it would be valued far higher. They then placed the house on the market with a no sale no fee deal including solicitors fees. The team were fantastic in presenting the property including an excellent TikTok video, and keeping me updated. I received three offers within a week and I am now writing this review on completion day. They made the process painless and chased solicitors to keep everything moving. The whole process took just over 8 weeks. I would highly recommend using this company. I would strongly recommend Your Move Rainham, When my mother passed away we had to sell the house your move were fantastic. They were compassionate and understanding of the pain we were going through and did everything they could to help us at a very sad and stressful time. As the weeks went on they found us a buyer and we got to know the staff better, they were always jolly and continued to help us with all the other bits and pieces we had to do.nothing was any trouble to them..(.I wouldn’t recommend their solicitors as they were very hard to contact when you needed them).. But a big well done to Donna and her team Abigail, and Isabelle..they really are the best. Thank you again.x

Donna and her team were fantastic with the sale of my late mums property in Rainham. I never experienced selling house before and i found it hard to comprehend . Found the solicitor part very daunting as they were not local. And personally i was never good with pie charts and unusual words and endlessly receiving questions by text or email even though i knew i had that completed those questions. Don't use this estate agent. When we were selling our house, they called us frequently to ask if we could drop the price despite it already being lower than what they had valued it at. Then when we found a seller they still told us that we should drop the price by £10k or the buyer would drop out. He bought it at £3k less than the asking price so that was a lie. Then they recommended the worst solicitor on Earth, Premier Property Lawyers to the buyer and sadly he agreed. These lawyers made mistakes on paperwork, asked for unnecessary checks to upsell their client, and expected us to contact the freeholders solicitor for amendments to the deed of covenant that they wanted. Through all of this, Your Move would only ever have a call with them once a week on a Wednesday meaning we would sometimes wait a week to find that the lawyer had done nothing and then when we got the update from Your Move they would have no idea what the issue the lawyer had described was, could give me no details about how we could try to resolve it or how long it would take. The whole time,Your Move constantly tried to gaslight us into believing our solicitor and our freeholders solicitor were the ones holding things up,when both could provide evidence to the contrary. We finally managed to complete the day before our buyer's mortgage offer expired and all the way until the day before completion, we weren't given a concrete confirmation that we would exchange so we didn't know whether we would be wasting money on hiring a moving van. Such a painful and unnecessarily long 9 month sale process for such a short chain. We wasted £1000s in added interest because our sale should have completed before our mortgage went onto the variable rate but PL delayed everything and Your Move did next to nothing to help. Honestly so sad that we had to pay for this dreadful service.

All of the staff at Your Move Rainham were friendly and helpful during our house sale and we achieved the price we wanted very quickly following an open day. However, I wouldn't recommend the conveyancer that we used which was recommended by Your Move (we fully accept we could have chosen our own). Additionally, this was a probate sale following the death of our mother and so to be heartily congratulated upon completion just didn't seem appropriate. They knew this was a much loved family home and it was a wrench to be selling it. Whilst completion before the end of stamp duty holiday was great for the buyers and for Your Move, the team had clearly forgotten the circumstances of our sale and this was disheartening.

Lara was very professional and supportive throughout the whole process of sale, even nudging our solicitors (who were a bit slack) for faster processing. We really appreciate her proactiveness. Due to the ever changing interest mortgage rates , we had 2 buyers dropping out and each time our property was back on the market, Your-move agents made sure we had a prospective buyer at the earliest opportunity.
