We were first time buyer and they helped us to find our dream home. Highly recommend Reeds Rains Plaistow branch. They all are amazing and in particular I cannot recommend Dea highly enough! As a buyer, purchasing can be stressful for very different reasons vs being a seller, but Dea made the entire process smooth and pleasant She was incredibly professional, proactive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. I could expect a response within minutes every time I got in touch. Dea’s excellent communication skills and genuine care for her clients set her apart. she truly goes above and beyond. If I could give zero stars, I would. This estate agency is the gold standard in incompetence and unreliability. We were led on for two full weeks by agents named Mustafa and Conner, during which they managed to make us agree to different prices, each more confusing and unprofessional than the last. Every time we thought we had an agreement, they backtracked or changed the terms like it was some kind of game. Their communication was poor at best, defiant at worst. Promises were made, then broken. Standards? If they ever had any, they’ve long since buried them under a mountain of bad decisions and worse service. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than potential clients. Completely unfaithful to their own word, this agency has wasted our time, energy, and patience. If you’re looking for stress, uncertainty, and a masterclass in how not to conduct business, look no further. Avoid them like rising damp.

The support we have received from Dea and the team at Reeds Rains Plaistow has been fantastic from start to finish. From the first meeting, we got the sense that we were going to be dealing with a professional, practical and transparent Estate Agent. The recommendations we received on what to list at, and how to market and present the property in photos/descriptions proved themselves valid. The team were on hand to handle viewings plus ensured all follow up was completed with care. As a result, we have been satisfied with the resulting sale price and particularly impressed with speed at which the process has completed. Dea has made herself available to me from day one, providing prompt answers and advice (no matter how big or small the question/request), and always with a calming and friendly presence. At every stage, she has shown genuine care and attention, which has meant a great deal to us. So…after countless phone conversations and even more emails I finally got to meet Dea yesterday for the first time after completing the eight-month long journey of the sale of my property. A sale that should have been straight forward as the property was chain free and empty - ready to make a loving home for its new owners. The whole process has been a roller coaster ride full of emotions, delays, frustration and challenges to the very end but this is not about me :-). Understandably the stress got the worse of me and I haven’t been a very easy client especially the last two months. All this time Dea was my rock! She never gave up even when I wanted to and she would give me a pep talk to motivate me or calm me down so I continue going. She has a fantastic way of dealing with people and putting them at ease. Dea handled all my tantrums brilliantly. She remained professional and patient and I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she has given me. Prompt, professional, and accurate advice. I chose Reeds Rains after being given an unrealistic estimate of my property's value by an online agent who wanted an upfront fee, and being shown concrete evidence for the real value based on comparable properties selling in the area. Viewings were handled professionally and with care for my partner's safety as she's vulnerable to COVID. Dea was very responsive all throughout the process and gave frank and professional advice. Reeds Rains made sure offers were substantiated so I had confidence about the buyer's sincerity and affordability and ultimately the sale went through with no problems. I'd definitely recommend an agent like Reeds Rains who are experts in what they do and to steer clear of online agents which want an upfront fee but have no intention of actually helping you sell the property once you've paid.

Within 3 weeks of Nicola getting the keys she got several offers from tenants wanting to rent my property.
