GoogleWhat a roller coaster ride my conveyancing process turned out to be..! 4 way chain plus Shared Ownership.. Solicitors not communicating, others in the loop over communicating.. mostly we were all running around in circles for over 6 months - stressed, anxious, angry, frustration, annoyance and a total feeling of hopelessness at the best of times.. but I have to say.. all throughout the Sale and Buy of our property.. Reed Rains were there holding our hands. We had Greg who was always fast and efficient on the phone to discuss matters.. and Jon, who held our unravelling string together with the utmost proficiency and professionalism.. oftentimes, Jon took the brunt of all the frustration but was always always pleasant and steadfast.. remaining cool, calm and collected throughout.. This is exactly what you need in an Agent to represent you, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to call Jon and team.. he saved me many a meltdown..!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe are two types of estate agents in this world, those who care for only their fee; and those who genuinely care about your sale. Reed Rains of Plaistow, and especially Jon, fall fully into the latter. From the very beginning they were nothing but professional and helpful. It took one viewing to secure a sale (as they vet potential purchases for those who are actually interested and in a correct place to buy) and they held our hands throughout. Selling a home can be stressful but having genuine people like Jon and Greg on the team who, not only did their job, but went the extra mile each and every time. This is what you want in estate agent - not a flashy website or promises of "a large client base always looking to buy" but a team of people who will go the extra mile for you and who always have your corner. I'm not going to comment on price (its very good for the industry!) but I can assure anyone looking for an estate agent - you'll be getting a bargain by using Reed Rains. To remove some of the stress and always being on hand to answer any questions you have and to push when things need to be pushed while still being professional - that's what you're paying for. Since 2022, we rented our place via an online agency and from April 2024 to December 2024, we had illegal occupiers in our flat, to which the online agency did nothing to support and help us. Once they left, we were in a rush to repair the flat and put it back on the market. And that is when Nicola came in and was absolutely amazing. She came over during the flat refurbishement work to prepare the ground for putting our flat back on the market. Then, as we are foreign landlords, she dealt with our home and appliance insurers in order to book in repair engineers. She was always available for us via whatsapp and was really quick in getting all the paperwork done. I can't even quantify how much mental load she unloaded from me. And it felt so good to have someone who actually knows how to do her job and not having to constantly chase, or do the work for them. She was so supportive. I thank you a million time again Nicola.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting behaviour by the conman Elliot, been chasing a repair for 5 weeks always unavailable time wasting at its finest. I AM A CLIENT IF YOURS SO WHY ARE YOU HIDING FROM THE CALLS 5 weeks for a simple repair just poor Just by looking at the reviews a bit suspicious that all the 5 star reviews are coming from new accounts with just one review planting fake review to make your customer service look good shameful tactics needs to be looked at causing me distress mentally I can’t cope

We applied for a house at the Plaistow branch and we had the pleasure to meet very nice and professional people in there. Stephanie was the main agent who took care of us and she managed the whole process very well though buying a house is not an easy thing. She explained us everything we needed to know and she was always available to reply to all our requests. Peter also shared with us very important aspects we didn't know and advised us properly whenever we asked for help in any problems.
