Don't waste your time and resources with this agency. I was keen on a property advertised, was told viewings had not started yet, been chasing it for days until I was told that "I missed out, but we can help you find what you want". Was lied to, rushed on registering and pushed on looking for something else, insisting on ending the case with the property I was interested in the first place. Clear favoritism for their clients and blocking potential buyers by attracting with false information. Unfortunately this is not the only agency that practice these methods but certainly most unprofessional.

I was struggling for months to find a home for myself and my son. And when I was beginning to lose all hope Nicola came and saved the day! She worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure I got the property and in the perfect area for me. She was very kind and even took my calls on her days off. Absolutely amazing thank you for doing what you do Nicola! Xxx

I used Reeds Rains Plaistow to buy my flat in Canning Town in 2010, to rent it out from 2014 - 2019, and to sell it in 2020. I've had great experiences with them, especially in regards to the recent sale, which took place under really difficult circumstances. We listed the property in October and within a week RR had found a buyer. The team corresponded brilliantly, despite the fact that I live in California. They communicated promptly and in a straight forward manner, so I always knew what was going on with the process. The sale dragged into March because of an issue with the Land Registry caused by a solicitor's error back in 2010, so we exchanged and completed during the Covid-19 crisis. My deadline to complete was April 3rd and, despite the lockdown, the team helped the sale go through at the very last minute. They went above and beyond to make help make it happen in time. I highly recommend the team at Plaistow, I've been extremely happy with the service I've received there.

Putting my house on the market was never an easy choice, however I had done my rounds of shopping around…I asked valuations from high st estate agents as-well as one of the most popular web based estate agents. However, Dea from Reeds Rains Plaistow - really put my mind at rest, very attentive, very personable and very easy to communicate with. I decided to go with reeds rains and they really left no stone unturned to help me market and sell my property. Every disaster averted with a very agile response to selling strategies. This resulted in a very easy and smooth transaction with perfect communication throughout from both Dea and Greg. I couldn’t recommend both Dea and Greg more! They are both an absolute credit to their profession. Thank you Reeds Rains Plaistow!!!

Hi there, I do not usually leave reviews, however I must say how incredibly professional this Estate Agency is, and a special mention to my point of contact Elliot Muharrem. I have added 4 properties to my investment to let portfolio and needed an agent I could trust and rely on with minimal fuss. Elliot is always available and goes the extra mile - he is the man if you are looking for lettings in London! Thanks again!
