I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.

After some stressful times with other estate agents, we were delighted to come across Your Move Blackheath and, in particular, Poppy Black! She made the entire process of finding and installing our tenant a breeze. She was very helpful, really went above and beyond to helpfully remind us of things we needed to do at certain times and check in with our process. She was always very friendly and approachable, so I never felt like a burden when I emailed her with questions etc. I also appreciated her honest answers - she wasn't there to squeeze money out of us or just get the job done - she was very genuine and helped us save a bit of money where we really needed it, and we are very happy with the tenant she found for us. Finally, we really appreciated using an agent who offers a Tenant Find service, which suited our needs best. So - a heartfelt recommendation, through and through!

EXCELLENT AGENT - Two years on from my last review AND STILL THE BEST AGENTS FOR MILES. Found me a new tenant due to their strong network within 2 days!!!!!! Still competitively priced with a friendly staff who know the market and are realistic unlike some agents in the area. PLUS unlike most agents I have worked with for my property portfolio they actually ring back and answer emails. My tenants also give them full marks. Will use them again for sure. My experience so far was neither bad nor good. Had poor experience from Poppy but Richard was lovely and cleared all confusion regarding property and its state. Grace is lovely and very helpful, although not to honest nor trustable. Had an offer accepted by the landlord. What surprised me the most and made me not to go with this was a push to pay more even if landlord ‘prefers’ us? Nonsense. It took him 3 days to respond to the offer although 3 minutes to let agent ‘know’ that he was happy for me not to pay over asking price and proceed with payments? I leave this to you

Smoothest move so far! I’ve moved a few times in the last couple of years, but honestly speaking, this move has been the best one so far. Poppy and Grace have been great in this process and had any issues or questions I had worked out so promptly, such lovely young ladies! There was an issue with the inventory company possible delaying my move as they had changed the appointment to after I was supposed to have collected the keys, but Poppy got on the phone and sorted that out so I could move in as planned with no delays on my side. Thank you so much to the girls and the rest of the team at the branch.. I think me and the kids will be very happy here!

Terrible: Worse than 1star Rented a flat through the Blackheath office in January 2016. If I could give them less than 1star I would. Upon moving in I experienced: * Missing Keys : I had to pay almost £120 to get keys. 3 months later I still do not have a full set of keys. * Mice in the flat - took almost 2 months to resolve. * None heating - Took almost 2 months to resolve. * Flat was unclean. * Inventory report was inaccurate. * Extremely poor service right though to management. They were unresponsive, paid no attention to the status of existing issues and showed a complete lack of care for the fact that they were providing a diabolical standard of service. They couldn't even get me a fob for building entry. The lettings manager said I should wait around outside to follow someone into the building!! The property management team would pass issues to the branch who would pass them onto building management who would place responsibility on the property management team. Awful service and I would never ever recommended to anyone even if they paid me.

I enquired about a new home for my partner and I that I saw on Rightmove. From the start Poppy and Grace where warm, personable and answered the many questions I had (we came with a checklist) and we were able to quickly offer and begin the dealings. From signing the tenancy to finding out all we needed to know, the process was smooth. Your Move themselves have been extremely impressive. We can log repairs through a portal and that is revolutionary compared to the lacklustre and completely nonsense way I had to log repairs through the agency we previously let from who took 2 years to fix one thing and didn't fix anything else. I've reported 3 repairs so far and all of them have been completed already. Your Move have been brilliant so far and so has communicating with Poppy and Grace.
