I dealt with Grace a few weeks ago and she is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Although we didn’t find the right thing with her she spent lots of time educating us about the area and market. She is very friendly and we will be recommending her to all of our friends and family. Called to ask about a property was sharply told "It's not available and we have nothing around there or anything like it" I got my partner to call a while later and they were offered a viewing. I decided to go with another agent with the exact same properties. Was not asked for my criterea, budget, name or anything. I know now to handle myself on the phone as it is a good part of my job so this weired sharp response was a surprise. Would not trouble them again as there is so much competition out there. 1 star because there is no minus option.

The overall experience of moving into the new flat would have been less stressful if the tenancy agreement had been ready at least one week before the agreed move-in date. If I could’ve give 0 star I would have. It has been almost two months since I have started renting with this agency, once moved in the new property we have found so many issues with it…. I have asked them to come and fix those issues but nothing till now, saying that they are not able to contact the landlord, it’s been almost two months and they not able to contact the landlord… How can you not be able to reach the landlord and him , he’s getting his money for the rent in the meantime without any delay. Went to do a viewing in Charlton this evening. I've done a lot of viewings recently. All very professional. Until today. The agent entered the property without a mask passing the owners in the corridor. Half way up the stairs I asked about his mask. He said he left it in the car.(no sense of urgency) UK has today recorded largest death toll from virus so far. Super unprofessional. I drove from Bermondsey to view this property. What a joke.

Great experience buying from them & specifically Filipe. I recently bought my first home with these guys and as a buyer I found them helpful & down to earth. Filipe sold me the flat and thereafter helped it all over the line - some solicitors in the chain weren't great & Filipe did a stellar job chasing them. I'm always mindful that estate agents first and foremost have to act in the best interests of their seller, but as I say for me these guys were down to earth and tried to work towards something best for all those involved including the buyer. I would add it was very evident from my perspective as a buyer how much Filipe wanted the best for his seller. I know that's the name of the game, because if you do that you'll get your commissions etc. But yeah, as I say, he really cared about his seller and that goes a long way. When I come to selling I'll definitely be giving Filipe a call! Assuming he's still at Your Move.
