GoogleAs an ex estate agent I had already built up predisposed expectations on what a good sales agent should look like. Arnold from the Blackheath branch was fast, efficient and proactive in ensuring my interests on the property were progressed. "A lead that is not acted upon is a dead end" was one of the many mantras given to me as an associate sales executive; Arnold understood the value of his time and consistently applied it productively by tackling any problems in advance. One of my pet peeves is dishonesty and often find estate agents to sensationalise property specs at the expense of the customer's well being. I was taken aback by Arnold's transparency and realistic approach. He was well prepared and ready to field all of my questions, which increased my confidence in his ability.

GoogleI approached all the estate agents at Blackheath Standard in order to find out about their letting arrangements. Your Move was the only one to ask for my contact details. I received an email from David who sent through his contact details and followed up with a courtesy call a few days later. When I was ready to let my flat, I got in touch with David and within a week, he and his colleague Richard had found suitable tenants. David, was professional and very personable. Nothing was too much trouble and I could get hold of him whenever I needed to. Following the adage that you get what you pay for…if you want an agency with professional, attentive staff and a wide reach of potential tenants then do consider contacting Your Move. You won’t regret it.

GoogleI purchased a place where they acted as agents. Very professional and available Sales team; speedy transaction. My Lawyer got answers from the (previous) owner ('s lawyer) quicker than "Your Move" but not necessarily their fault.

GoogleThe most rude agents one could find. Prepare for people shouting in the background if you call them. Incapable of answering a simple question without getting all your details onto their system. No you don't need all my personal details to answer a simple question about property you're advertising. It's people like this GDPR was created for. Sigh
