I highly recommend your move for your next property! Phoebe was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She got everything sorted so quickly and made sure the whole process went as smoothly and exactly as planned. The experience of finding a new home felt really personal and genuine, which made such a difference. I’d also like to give a mention to Wendy, who was there to hand over the keys and make sure all the final little details were taken care of and everything was ready for moving day. We were so pleased with YourMove! We were purchasing a house through them & can honestly say they were so good from all aspects. We met a few different agents around the area because of going round viewing a few different properties & yet no one quite stood out like Tayla Professional (yet with a nice casual approach) friendly & straight talking. She kept me in the loop with properties coming up on the market, settled my nerves if I was unsure about what I was viewing & was encouraging when I took the next steps to putting in an offer. I felt at ease going through the process with her I dealt with Tayla & Darren (Manager) throughout the buying process & they had our back from start to finish! Darren was the one to call me to let us know our offer had been accepted! You could tell how much they were both genuinely happy for us (not just because another house was sold but because of the relationship/contact was back & forth leading up to this point) Sacha also honestly was incredible leading up the last few days, I had never spoken to him AT ALL up until this point. Yet when I rang the office & needed help last minute to pull through to get over the line (just was unfortunate both Darren & Tayla were out of office that day) he helped like he knew me, just went above & beyond to make sure he had every detail sorted. Would not have completed without him, hands down. No words really👏🏼 Thankyou all so much! Highly recommend if you are looking for an estate agent you can depend on, can trust & know that they are with you until the very end!✨

I used this branch of YourMove to purchase a property locally in the area. The rep Tayla-Jayne Smith and site lead Sacha Dyer were both incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process - keeping the seller and ourselves engaged throughout the process, dealing with queries and having clarity lines of communications between parties to minimise disruption throughout the purchase process. On the day of completion the branch were incredibly supportive in chasing parties to minimise delays to key handover, taking much stress out of the process.

She was always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive, keeping us updated every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful move feel so much easier. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and we really appreciated all of the support she gave us from beginning to end. Cannot fault our experience with Your Move Gravesend. They were recommended to us by family and have to say they did not disappoint! Having interviewed A LOT of EAs before we made our decision Your Move Gravesend were the most competitively priced while still offering an outstanding level of personal service and commitment to your sale (including the aftersales service which was impeccable - with the SAME agent who handled our sale). The entire process we had a personal agent handling our sale (start to finish) who was always available (I mean ALWAYS available! Thank you Tayla for the messages from your holiday!) yet whoever we spoke to at branch was knowledgeable about our case and capable and happy to help, they clearly operate with a high level of efficiency and put customer service first. After our first sale fell through Tayla and the team worked TIRELESSLY getting us appropriate proceedable people through the door, and offering helpful non-pushy professional advice both in our sale and in negotiating our purchase, but also offering (above and beyond) a kind compassionate service, making an incredibly stressful process that bit easier, you really felt like they were emotionally invested! I cannot thank Tayla, Sacha and team enough for all they did for us, their patience with the many (many) calls and messages from us and for working so hard to get us a quick sale at a great sale price for a very reasonable fee. Your Move Gravesend have been outstanding from start to finish. While dealing with an extensive mess about between solicitors etc etc, Tayla from the branch has been absolutely fantastic! That’s not just our opinion but the opinion of our solicitor too. She went above and beyond and got answers for us where as nobody else could. Your move (Tayla) returned any calls we made promptly and got to the bottom of any queries, her persistence also overcame hurdles which our solicitor was struggling with. Our first time dealing with Your Move. We decided to move from where we were to a property on their portfolio, we dealt with Ula first, viewing on the same day of us requesting. Come 4pm we had viewed, and offered and been accepted. The process is simple and detailed and Ula was exceptional in helping us through to the end, she made us feel comfortable, wanted and gave us confidence in moving.
