I have visited over 8 properties with this agency and not only have i not had any luck finding a property with them, 2 of my offers have been pulled out last minute after passing referncing. So not only have I lost 1 weeks deposit from one of the 2 propeties, the agency held onto to the other 1 week depoist i made as they were keen to find me a new property. Which i appriciated as they seemd willing. However, after deciding to view properties with another agency due to runnning out of time and having asked Ella and her team to refund me -it took about 2 weeks of chasing and back and fourth on emails/calls for only to be told that the refund was payed into another account which was not the account I specifeid when asked which account i wanted the refund to be made to... Hopefully, people have a better experience than i did as i had to do alot of chasing and calling which just added on to an already stressful experience.

Completed the purchase and collected the keys for our House yesterday. I would most definitely recommend Tayla, who has been nothing but fantastic throughout the process. Viewing was arranged at short notice, she was very knowledgeable about the area and the property itself. She helped chase both the solicitors and the vendors and would always reply to emails quickly as well as call to update me. Tayla made us feel like we were her only clients (even though I know she has many), going the extra mile for us, collaborating with one of their branches in London to facilitate speedy confirmation/registration at the beginning of the process. Ella Mariner helped us a great deal with what proved to be a difficult experience of renting, because a property owner repeatedly changed the time frame and eventually the move fell through.
