GoogleThese guys helped me find a place within my budget and that also allowed for a dog and garden! Ella was amazing during the whole process and always kept me up to date on what was going on at any specific time. She even got me a congrats card with a personalised message! The whole team greeted me when I went to pick up the keys and had a good laugh whilst answering any questions I had.

Google100% the best estate agent in Gravesend I’ve dealt with. Tayla and her team are extremely professional, efficient and no task is too much for them. They really do go above and beyond for their customers and are proactive in providing updates which is paramount when purchasing property. GoogleThe gravesend letting team were five star a) assisting me greatly with evicting a tenant whose bathroom mis-use (repeated flooding) was creating structural damage b) putting me in touch with an incredible local workteam (Laf) who refurbished the house completely in 10 days at a very sensible cost - great contact thanks Ula c) finding new tenants who I can tell already will respect and appreciate my newly refurbished house.

GoogleWe just got the keys to our new home and couldn’t fault your move in any way. Tayla went above and beyond, letting us go back to the house 5 or 6 times with builders and chasing up all solicitors as well when things seemed to stall. When she was off there was always someone covering and keeping us updated so very pleased with the service all round

GoogleTayla and Sacha are absolutely amazing! They have worked relentlessly on what was a very difficult chain. It could have quite easily all fallen through if they hadn’t worked so hard to get every solicitor & agent working together and push things along at every step. We were buying via them and were so impressed at the level of communication and support we always received. If we were ever to move again we wouldn’t want anyone else to handle our sale.
