Very poor experience as a buyer. We originally put our first offer in on 15/11/2025 which was rejected pretty quick and we were told. We were then told on Monday we need to submit our ‘’Best and final offer by end of day Monday 18th November’’ which almost everyone knows means the buyer wants to make a decision. We have been chasing non stop since and have heard nothing about our offer, it’s been 2 weeks. When we call they just say, we have no update and will get back to you by end of day, or tomorrow and the call never comes, so I then have to call again and feel like I am harassing people for simple updates. On Monday 24th my partner called for an update & was told we would receive one by end of day. On Tuesday 25th I called and again as no update was given on Monday a lovely lady called Pheobe answered from lettings and gave me probably the only good experience, she told me that she would call one of the sales managers called Sacha, she called me back within 2 mins to say she has spoken with him and passed over my number and he would call me from his car from his mobile urgently… guess what happened.. no call again, and we’ve given up. The app is good for tracking the offers and viewings, however, we have now been waiting 2 weeks and I checked the app and was shocked to have found out that my offer has changed from pending to rejected today. I still have received no call, no update and have been completely left in limbo. I hope I never have to deal with this estate agency again because I definitely do not trust them with my money or the handling of my future property. Sellers, beware of the kind of customer service they provide to your potential buyers. Originally we was handled by Wesley who was lovely and also gave us a good viewing experience however, he has clearly just started his career and you would expect the senior members of staff to guide him to help him become a strong estate agent. (I do not blame this experience on him at all).
