Grace was amazing. As a group of 4 students who were feeling very lost in our house search she was so friendly, so informative and made the experience for all of us so much better. We viewed the house and immediately knew we wanted to sign and she was so helpful with this we ended up moving forward with this in just a day!! She then continued to be friendy, attentive and informative throughout the whole process and any questions we had she’d answer immediately and clear up any confusion. Could not recommend Your Move enough especially for students searching for a property :)

Layla was extremely helpful throughout the letting process and she is an asset to her team. She was very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable on all steps of the process and put us at ease in what was a stressful time. Your move are a good and ethical estate company and we have seen how other estate agents give conflicting information and withhold information but this company has not displayed any of this, rather the opposite, honesty and trust. I contacted Your Move through the Right Move app to find accommodation for my family as we're moving to the UK. We were quickly contacted by Grace, and she was incredibly helpful in finding and selecting the right accommodation. Since we're a family of international students, we were honestly quite unfamiliar with the UK rental and accommodation system. The whole thing felt very overwhelming, but Grace was very helpful and informative, explaining every detail step by step, until we secured an apartment. This experience was truly valuable and enjoyable for us.

Five stars for Your Move Egham! Renting Clifton House through Your Move Egham was a very positive experience. Georgia was a massive help during the process of starting a new tenancy at one of their properties, any questions were answered asap, very much appreciated. The only criticism I have I that the guarantor information is quite invasive and the amount of information required is insane both for the me as the tenant and the guarantor, I understand the process is the same for buying a house, but all of this isn't needed in my opinion compared to dealing with other companies.

Its a pleasure picking the phone to them as I know the person on the other side is going to greet me with professionalism and politeness. Georgia was very nice with us, arranged 2 viewings and documents arrived on time, keys collected from the office on Bank holiday, thank you. My nightmare began since tenancy started. Have been asked multiple times from Trina to resign all the documents for landlord's rent insurance, which we clearly declined the first time asked. Secondly, problems raised in the flat have not been fixed yet second month in tenancy and no back information from Della -the property manager, when is this going to happen, there are always some excuses. Very disappointed from how I'm treated lately.
