Appalling! My son is a co-tenant of a property let by this team. There is a problem with the bed in his room. It is broken and the repair has been bodged leaving it unsafe to sleep on. The landlord met me there and agreed but has since told Your-Move it is not broken or unfit for use and they will not provide a rebate for the 11 days he has been unable to stay there. I have created a temporary fix for the issue to enable him to stay there now. Shameful service from Your-Move.

Quite possibly the worst estate agent to exist. All of their employees extremely rude and slow. It takes about 7 days for them to respond to very simple requests. They will lie through their teeth and then immediately backtrack when caught. They overcharge and treat students as if they are idiots and naive. They will set standards and requirements for their tenants which they are unable to meet themselves. They claim to pride themselves in customer service yet trying to have a conversation or reasoning with any of the employees is like talking to a brick wall. I’m surprised any of them managed to get hired since they clearly hate their job with a passion. If you are a student in egham I highly suggest you go to any other estate agents before this one.

Possibly the worst estate agents I have ever come across as a student. The whole tenancy with them was something i wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to go through. Any issues relating to the flat would take forever to be resolved, we had no heating for 3 months through October to January and they ignored our requests for resolving it. They ensured us that we would receive the flat in a clean standard but it was disgusting and we were told ‘to clean it ourselves or pay someone’. For any students looking at starting a tenancy with them just save your time and money.

Moving to the UK from Italy with my partner was a challenging process, especially navigating the complexities of renting in a new country. Thankfully, our experience with Georgia at Your Move made everything easy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive in helping us find the perfect apartment. I had initially inquired about our current property but was told by someone else that it needed to be rented immediately, which wouldn’t have worked for our timeline. Georgia, however, took the time to clarify that a later move-in date was actually possible, which ultimately allowed us to secure our home. I instructed Your Move, Egham after being unsuccessful and feeling let down by another agent. Helen and Richard were both fantastic the whole way through to completion. We had a few hiccups along the way, including losing the chain at one point but they found another buyer within 48 hours!
