I have found YourMove to be great company to deal with, particularly Della who is very professional, capable and friendly. Her helpful attitude, coupled with her experience in the letting business, has been a godsend to me at a difficult time. Her patience and and kindness have been very much appreciated and I would have no hesitation in recommending YourMove for these reasons.

As 2 students looking to rent their first student property, the process initially felt really overwhelming, but Georgia was so friendly and helpful in suggesting properties, arranging viewings, and talking us through our options. Georgia made the whole process feel much easier and we were able to secure a property much sooner than we had expected.

Your Move were very patient and kind with us. There were a couple hiccups regarding viewings etc. However, the overall move in experience was good and Your Move handled things smoothly. Georgia was very kind to us and led us through the process. I don't think things would've run smoothly if it wasn't for Georgia

Your Move have been a great letting agency we have been with them for 3 years and have not had a problem. Completely unprofessional. Give incorrect advice which ends up costing yourself unnecessary time and money. Would highly recommend an alternative agent as these people have no interest in supporting their clients.

Hayley and Charlotte worked together selling our rental property in Sunbury-on-Thames. They were proactive, helpful and provided regular updates. Their communication was excellent! As we are living abroad, they liaised with various service providers to help get quotes. They provided relevant information to our conveyancer in immediately and were very responsive to all our questions. They were very professional.

I'm very grateful for the time and support given to us by Your Move as we settled our daughter into a flat. Georgia answered every question, even the silly ones; she kept us up to date with all the arrangements and also reminded us when things were due to be completed.
