Having now used Dason and his team Megan & Chris numerous times over the past few years. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any Landlords. With all the changes for Landlords to navigate, with the renters rights act, the knowledge experience they provide is more important than ever and totally invaluable. Dason is very knowledgeable honest, professional gentleman who exceeded my already high expectations. I was kept fully appraised every step of the way, Megan & Chris also facilitated short notice viewings which was much appreciated. They always answered calls, emails, and queries quickly, efficiently and honestly. I would not consider any other rental agents, after they have got things consistently right for me. I recently rented a fantastic property through Your Move Hastings. They were great from start to finish. At one stage things became unnecessarily complicated. This didn't phase Dason one bit. He put in the extra hours, untangled and sorted everything for which I was very grateful. I was kept well informed throughout the process. This was my first move in 29 years and Stuart and Emma were brilliant. Stuart went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. He kept me well informed of everything that was happening and chased it when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the solicitors. Huge thanks to Rob and Stuart for assisting with the sale of my flat, I could not have asked for a better service. They remained patient with me throughout the initial stages, whilst I was trying to decide whether to sell or not. They also provided me with great advice on how to proceed with a slightly different sale due to Land Registry changes. Once on the market they were in touch almost daily to organise viewings and keep me informed on progress.
