GoogleWe cannot thank Katy and Emily at Your Move enough for everything they have done throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, they have been absolutely outstanding. We were in quite a long chain, but they consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving. They were always chasing solicitors, estate agents and everyone else involved, ensuring nothing was left sitting without follow-up. Their persistence, dedication and proactive approach made a huge difference and kept the process progressing when it could easily have stalled. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded promptly to our questions and were always supportive and reassuring during what can be a very stressful experience. GoogleAlan has been amazing from start of the selling through probate process to the end. Fully contactable, professional, helpful and informative. It was a stressful process but Alan definitely made it easier. Thereβs a range of estate agents and competition in the area but I would definitely choose this one - Top service

GoogleAfter a bad experience with an agent who promised much but delivered little, I switched to Your Move, Whitton office. Branch manager, Alan Woods, was highly professional and gave honest and realistic advice re marketing of the property in a very challenging market. He, Kasia and Anish worked really hard contacting potential buyers. Their efforts secured multiple viewings resulting in six competing offers, which went to sealed bids. Following acceptance of an offer, Alan and Kasia kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. The sale was completed in just under 2 months, which was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Alan and the team at Your Move Whitton office.

Plenty of viewings very quickly which resulted in the sale for us. The sales team were very knowledgeable and experienced. Time was spent with us discussing our options and needs. GoogleVery subpar letting property management company Expect simple repairs to take months (in my case 3 months and still ongoing) as they slow walk all communications and repair activities spread over multiple day and visits with no shows of workmen on pre-agreed days. For me a simple 2 day quoted piece of work is now on day 6 and has resulted in new property damage (including disposal of property items) for which they wish to transfer the charges to correct over to the landlord. Trying to get matters escalated is met with no sense of urgency and more delays. Customer service is extremely poor. UPDATE: This matter took over 6 months resolve and I probably spent more time chasing Your Move personnel to do arrange things, than the time to do the actual work. The only positive thing at the end was once the work was finally completed we switched away from Your Move, to another agency. Based on other reviews Your Move βmightβ be good help selling properties, but they definitely are NOT good at managing properties from my experience.

GoogleApprox 6 weeks ago I registered with 6 local estate agents, out of them all only Eren from Your Move Wallington branch communicated with me. She sent me details of two or three properties. She is enthusiastic and friendly and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and with respect.

GoogleI have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.

GoogleVery disappointed, very poor communication. I had to constantly chase them regarding a property. The property then had works done so went off market, came back on the market I emailed immediately as we were very interested. Had a call from Maria who said she would give me a call back, itβs now 3 weeks later and havenβt heard a thing. Given up with this estate agent now. Would not recommend.
