GoogleAlthough I am happy about the sale of my property this office regularly didn't return calls when they said they would and I quite often had to chase for information which was quite frustrating, other than that an all round good service.
Samantha was amazing though, not only did she do her job she got to know me on a personal level which as we all know is an important selling tool as it makes you feel important as a customer and not just another sale for commission.
Karen was also very professional and strive to reach an outcome for me.

GoogleExcellent service! We are extremely grateful to Dan and his team for guiding and supporting us throughout the process. We received an honest and realistic valuation, the advice provided was spot on and the communication was frequent and collaborative. It has been a long year, with several difficulties to overcome, and it is thanks to the perseverance of this wonderful team that we managed to arrive at completion. It is a real achievement. Thank you ??

GoogleKaren and the team were incredible from start to finish. They had my mum’s house sold in a week and kept on top of the Solicitors and the rest of the chain to make sure this went smoothly and through to completion. Couldn’t recommend them enough and Karen in particular was an absolute star dealing with various problems that cropped up. Brilliant!

GoogleSam and her team have been kind, helpful and very understanding with helping me in what is a stressful time. If I have any worries or I'm unsure of any thing I can phone or call into branch at any time. They are making what's an emotional time aswell tense much easier as I don't feel on my own.

GoogleKaren Patterson was an absolute pleasure, always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Despite things not going as plan, she's by far the best estate agent I've dealt with. Highly recommend ??

GoogleHaving seen plenty of estate agents over a long time,I have to say that the team at Your move Bexleyheath specifically Chloe and Lucy are a breath of fresh air.
Not only did Chloe deliver the impossible 3 years back and obtained a great tenant in ONE day,for a rental property .
However what was even more amazing is that after 3 years,Chloe and Lucy does the absolute impossible and gets a tenant in for the same property AGAIN ON the First day!!
(And this was after two months of another estate agent trying to find a tenant for the house)
Thank you for being proactive and results oriented.

GooglePlease look elsewhere if you want to buy property. They are not honest to the buyers. They can keep you in suspense until their preferred secret buyer comes with bogus offer even if you are the highest bidder. They will not confirm your offer in writing until their suitors have the way. This branch will waste your time if you want to buy property.

Google'Your Move' is quite literally your move.
Was very quick at getting us in the property. letting us know how they can assist & tools they have available. Once we moved in, these tools no longer existed promised they'd contact us never did.
had us chasing for a month before they decided we're no longer off use to them.

GoogleI wish I had done some research before choosing this agency to sell my flat. It has been 6 months since the offer and still haven’t exchanged. All intereaction has been painfully slow and the agent is not even replying to my messages or calls now. Stay away from them! Look elsewhere.
