Very happy with the service we received from Richard and his team. Selling a house is seldom straightforward and our circumstances were somewhat complicated too, but the Your Move Hoo team was very helpful, understanding and supportive. They handled all the viewings for us, communicated regularly and worked hard to get us the best possible offer. The whole process was completed within four months and was far less stressful than I’d expected. Would highly recommend them.

We recently rented an apartment through them, and our overall experience was excellent. Our main point of contact was Richard, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us at every step, answered all our questions patiently, and made the tenancy process smooth and stress-free. Richard is very polite, kind, and professional, and he was always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend their services

Used Your Move in Hoo for the sale of our home Grain village and was mostly dealing with Holly and on occasion Rupert both were very professional, Holly was a pleasure to exchange emails with and come across very professional and competent, always available and quick to reply as well as polite and friendly, if Holly was out of office Rupert stepped in and the treatment was the same. I used the 'Your Move' financial consultant service. Emma Fox at Embrace went above and beyond to assist me in getting my mortage. I was having no luck with my own bank but with her perseverance she was able to get me a mortgage approved, and secured, ironically with my own bank!! I can't thank you enough for helping me on my journey to find and purchase my dream home. I would highly recommend Emma, not just for the hard work she puts into her clients needs but for her professionalism at every step of the way, beginning to end.
