GoogleMy uncle and I are extremely pleased we sold via Your Move. Rupert and Richard have kept us informed throughout the whole process and have amended things that we weren’t 100% happy with. From start to finish it has been a smooth transaction (some minor issues, but these are to be expected and were dealt with swiftly- what more could you ask for!). GoogleI would definitely recommend Your Move in Hoo. Our situation was slightly more complicated than the usual house sale, as my uncle and I were executors to my grandmother's estate. Rupert and his excellent team made sure that the entire process ran smoothly; from the initial meeting to exchange and completion, we were informed all the way through the sale and helped when needed with all aspects of the house sale. Prospective buyer feedback was brilliant, viewings were not a problem if we couldn't get to the property and any suggestions to help the sale were practical and optional. As my uncle and I live quite far apart and live busy lives, communication needed to be a priority and I am pleased to say that this was not a problem for Your Move. I would recommend Your Move over any online estate agent. Having experienced both options in a short period of time, I wish I had used Your Move in my previous house move. I am not planning to move in the near future, but if I ever find myself in need of an estate agent, I will be going straight to the team at Your Move in Hoo to get the job done easily and properly!
