GoogleCannot thank Stewart and Daisy enough for everything they have done for us. We knew as soon as we met Stewart at our valuation that these were the estate agents for us and we were 100% right. They went out of their way to get us on the market as quickly as possible and worked so hard to make sure we got viewings booked in and an offer in time so we didn't lose out on the property we wanted. We would use this branch again in a heartbeat

GoogleWould highly recommend the team at Chatham Your Move who worked so hard to sell our buy-to-let house, managed potentially tricky situations and made sure we were kept fully informed at all times and answered any queries really quickly. Katie, Stewart and Daisy were all great team members and a real asset to Your Move. It was a long haul but these agents are true professionals. Gave sound impartial, no obligation advice before we instructed them too. Definitely give them a go.

Google5*** branch!! Reece, Stewart, Katie make this branch an absolute delight to work with. They are proactive, get sales moving quicker than any branch in the area and overall are really lovely genuine people. You can be rest assured that with these people dealing with the sale of your property it is in safe hands. Reece in particular is an absolute star and is there for his clients every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend this branch enough!! If you want 5* service than Your Move Chatham is the place to go.

GoogleVery happy with the service received from the Chatham branch of Your Move. I dealt with Reece, who was very professional and enthusiastic. Reece kept in constant contact with myself and other colleagues throughout the multiple sales with this branch. Reece has been my main point of contact during these transactions with Your Move although the whole sales team such as Katie and Stewart are always happy to take my call and answer any queries I have .The Team at Your Move in Chatham kept me updated with all new instructions coming in to see if they were suitable for my company and arranged viewings promptly. I am extremely pleased with the service and would recommend Your Move Chatham to anyone

GoogleDaisy, Stewart and team are fantastic! Initially we weren't sure on which estate agent to go with and Stewart took time out to call us to explain their service - the thing that made them stand out was their honesty! House sold very quickly and they helped chase our buyers solicitor and my solicitor throughout the whole process. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

GoogleThey were quite quick on finding a tenant for our property but sadly they were very slow on payment from the tenant into their account and after a long wait we are still waiting for our first month's rental and the tenants deposit to be paid into our bank account. Not Good.

GoogleWorst agency ever! My mother move to one of their houses. A lady who work there told her that she can come and take the keys to open the house on the moving day. The day my mum was moving the vans who was supposed to take the furniture to the house were a bit late. When my mum arrived and the lady was not answering phone calls, she (the lady) didn’t even care to leave my mum a message or to ask if she’s coming that day or not (my mum told her that she’s moving that day). The office close at 4, my mum made it there 10-15 mins later. My mum was outside the house until midnight trying to figure out what to do. Image being in a foreign country not knowing anyone and the agency you trusted does that to you! If you ever want to buy a house from them, do not to trust them 100%, they are just doing business they don’t care about their clients, especially if the clients aren’t english!
