GoogleOur first dealings with agents for our rental property. Sue and Zack were knowledgeable, friendly and professional in helping us find the right tenants. They gave lots of useful advice (still do when needed), and were a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend using Your Move Gillingham for top notch service.

GoogleVicky and Ryan were brilliant. Would recommend Your Move in Gillingham a hundred times over. Were on the other end of the phone for questions that an estate agent might not usually answer. Don't bother with the others in Gillingham just go here.

GoogleThe staff are really friendly and professional. Very patient and helpful. It's never easy to deal with buyers and inefficient solicitors but the staff (not sure it's allowed to name them but they know who they are) at Your Move Gillingham where always ready to listen, help and support. I was never ignored. My experience was made better because of them. I'm so glad I chose them! Only one thing ... I'd suggest they improve the brochure although it did the job and quickly too. The photographer was a miracle worker with pics as well. Thank you.

GoogleThe worst agency ever, please stay clear of this one....they have a fraud scheme they use on their clients. I saw a place I like (36, green Street, Gillingham), paid £390 for referencing fee and agents fee, and also to keep the house off the market for 4 weeks. Normally reference shouldn't cost more than £80 maximum for two tenants and it's takes 48hrs. 10days after I made the payment another agency was advertising the same house and booking viewings and taking deposit, I know for fact because I booked to view the property with the other agency and they were willing to take another referencing and agency fee to hold the house, turns out they have the key to the property and your move no longer have priority on the property but instead of telling the tenant that, they stall and the referencing company takes almost two weeks to confirm employment details so they don't have to return your money. They had my manager waiting on phone calls that never came and when they do call it's on a Saturday ( who calls a business on a Saturday to confirm employment details) so they can say no one answer when they called, they also claim my wife's HR refuse to give a reference for her employment even thou the hr contacted my wife saying they've confirm her employment details for a house and she has the email to prove it... Then the agency turn around to say things like they didn't put the house on the market the agreement hasn't been breach but to do that you still need to have the key to the house or an access to the property which they don't the landlord as decided to use another agency, the landlord claim they take too long which he is right, They took my money stall for 3weeks and I was homeless my wife and I had a serious misunderstanding and the stress we went through whilst she was 3 months pregnant almost cause serious distress. I finally use a private landlord reference cost ££60 for 48hrs and no hassle and my employer got a phone in less than 24hrs. Your move agency couldn't do that just so they can keep £150 of my money knowing the frustration will cause me to withdraw.

GoogleDo not bother buying /selling with Gillingham Your move ,we went to view a property today which was suppose to be an open day, my husband knocked on the door to the vendor, and was told the house had been sold a week ago . This was very embarrassing, not just to us but also the vendor as well, we was then told the open day was last Saturday . The annoying thing is we rang in the week to confirm the appointment and all was fine to go a head with the appointment and to further disappointment my husband had taken a day off work which Has resulted in a days wage LOSTED!! The staff were not very helpful and were not very apologetic.. So I do not recommended selling / buying with Your Move Gillingham with there lack of communication skills and lack of empathy. I would recommend WARDS !!!

GoogleJust to say that Sue and Zac have always been extremely professional in the Lettings department and have always been guided and best advised by them. Through the years that we have been landlords they have always been consistent in their service and have always been honest and showed a caring and 'can do' attitude which is very refreshing. We will carry on going back to the great service which they always give - thank you!

GoogleStay well clear. Tell you they can 100% guarantee you a mortgage with their approved lender then once you pay them the £500 arrangement fee they tell you the lender has changed their minds but hey they earnt £500 for lying too you

GoogleAlthough Property sold very quickly, with slight delay re. posting of sale form that wasn't received but then emailed through, the solicitors still took 3+months to complete sale! Staff at Gillingham very friendly and helpful. Would use again.
