Under Offer in less than 10 days... credit where it's due, Your Move, and in particular Lauren, have been dynamite. Despite it being a fairly rubbish market for sales, they've been proactive, straight talking and overall super helpful and supportive. I hadn't originally planned to sell through one of the older traditional agents, I was considering one of the newer agents whose marketing seems pretty smart and polished. Your Move had sold our neighbours property for a great price a few months earlier though, so we felt it fair to give them the instruction. We haven't been disappointed with the decision. It goes to show that flashy new logos don't really count for anything at the end of the day, it's the team that's important, and Your Move have a really effective but personable team. Phone calls, WhatsApp, Emails... they were happy to communicate with us in a way that was most convenient for us, which was really helpful when we were busy at work and spinning plates. So thank you for that! It wasn't a hard sales situation ever, there was stacks of viewings straight away, it's just been easy. 100% will use Your Move again and would recommend Lauren and her lovely team to anyone else considering selling.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move enough. As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way. I cannot thank Katy Jewell at Your Move Tunbridge Wells enough for her efforts during my flat sale. From start to finish she was proactive, keep me updated constantly and extremely supportive. She really drove this sale through and at times, I wasn’t sure it would ever reach the finish line. We had lots of delays from solicitors and also a lack of communication from them and Katy went over and above to compensate for the other parties involved and got to the bottom of any issues quickly. My property was marketed extremely well, and Lauren was excellent at conducting viewings and getting buyers to make offers.  Katy worked non-stop managing solicitors, my buyer and the rest of the chain. The communication from YourMove was great.  Katy & Lauren would answer my call almost any time or call me right back.  They genuinely wanted me to get the best sale price, and I wasn’t pressured to lower my price to speed things up. Recently sold my property through the team at Your Move, second property I had sold through them. The service was again exceptional. The whole process from appraisal to sale was smooth and professional. When Katy came round to take photos she made sure that Lauren, the lead for our sale, was with her and up to speed with the particulars to ensure they hit the ground running. The confidence I had in the team following that visit was sky high and that was swiftly followed by many viewings in a short space of time which lead to the sale in a much shorter time than expected. The feedback after each viewing was really useful and, along with the general weekly updates, kept me informed and reinforced my trust in the team.
