We've now used Your Move Tunbridge Wells twice. Once for buying a flat about 6 years ago. And then for selling that flat. They've been awesome each time. A very friendly and helpful team. Big shout out to Katy Jewel and Tracey Lowe in particular! When it came to selling the flat, we got a few Estate Agents to value the property. We knew the rough value, as some neighbours had recently sold. A couple of the Estate Agents under-valued or were very cautious about the asking price. But Your Move knew the real value and were happy to push for a good price for us and we got exactly what we wanted from the sale. It was really fast too. We got 4 offers after just 2 days on the market. And accepted a final offer on the third day. Of course, with all the legal nonsense with selling/buying in the UK, it took another 8 months to actually move house! But the Your Move team were very helpful and always in communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. :)

I attended a lovely flat viewing for a rental property in Tonbridge this morning. I received a phone call from Adam this morning to confirm the viewing which was very professional. Adam was already present at the property upon my arrival, which was the first viewing of the day. He was smartly dressed and very polite and pleasant. He showed me around and provided me with all the details I needed to know and gave opportunity to ask any questions. He also gave information around the application process should I wish to submit an offer for the property. He was incredibly friendly and clearly an asset to the Your Move team!

Lisa Mires at your move Tunbridge Wells has been a wonderful and thoroughly responsive member of staff. Unfortunately due to my house mate becoming deluded and unstable and causing myself, the agency and the landlord nothing but chaos and damage to the property. Lisa has remained professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend! Would advise all agents and landlords to keep an eye out for a DARIO BARNES and to NOT rent a property to him in the Kent area as he will take advantage and refuse to pay rent whilst smoking drugs and purposefully damaging property.
